Based on this criteria, I would say the Bellagio. Good games and plenty of them, good rooms and reasonable poker room rates. My first choice is Wynn, but I don't know about the lower limits, but the restaurants, clubs, ambiance and rooms are great. Personally, I do not like the Venetian, MGM, etc. Too touristy, strollers, wife beaters, and lower class people.
